The Mission of Bland County Public Schools' Foundation for Quality, Unique, Innovative, Learning, and Leadership is to provide funding exclusively to the Bland County Public Schools in support of initiatives which improve the educational experience of Bland County Public School students.

The Wayne C. Henderson Foundation awarded the QUILL Foundation a $2,500 grant at the Wayne C. Henderson Music Festival & Guitar Competition, which was held at the Grayson Highlands State Park on June 17, 2017.  This grant was given to support the Bland County JAMS Program.
